It’s the 20th but I haven’t been paid. Why?

Your commission may not have been paid for one of the following reasons.

  • The 20th is a national holiday.
  • Your commission are less than the minimum level (10,000 yen for NT, 30,000 yen for bank transfer)
  • You have not selected a payment method from your profile page
  • There is an error with the bank details you registered

If it is not one of these reasons, please contact MT Customer Support.
